Shipping

Shipments will be sent out 1-2 days after placing your order. Orders placed on the weekend will be sent first thing Monday morning!

We will email you your tracking number as soon as your product is shipped! If you have any questions, please contact us!

Once your package leaves our hands, we are no longer responsible for it. We will ship to the exact address you provide at checkout, so please double-check for accuracy. If your order is marked as delivered, lost in transit, or delayed, you will need to contact the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) directly to resolve the issue. We’re happy to help provide tracking info, but we cannot replace or refund items once they’ve been shipped.

Returns

We accept returns for exchange or for store credit only. Your item must be returned within 8 calendar days from the receipt of your order.

There are some cases where we can't accept your return:

  • must be unworn
  • must be unwashed + tags attached
  • no stains; no makeup stains; no deodorant stains
  • no pet hair
  • must not smell like smoke or perfume
  • must not have alterations
  • some items are non-returnable: hats, headbands, swimsuits, jewelry, or shoes.

Shipping charges for returns: If an order fulfillment mistake was made on the part of RoKo, we will be responsible for shipping costs. If your return is simply a request based on dislike, or sizing, customers are responsible for the shipping charge of $8.99


All sale items are final.
